Bible Verses about Peace – Romans 8:6

By No Comments1 min read

Romans 8:6 is written in a certain context. Paul, writing this letter to the church in Rome, was laying out for them the doctrine of Jesus Christ and what that meant for the person who believed in Him and was saved. Now the Holy Spirit is in the world. The forgiveness of sins through Christ meant there was now nothing to condemn you to judgement, no more sacrifice to be made to get right with God. You have been saved.

You are now under the law of the Spirit of LIFE in Christ Jesus – a very different era. Embracing that spirit and living your life daily with Christ is where life and peace can be found.

“For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”
